International Freight Forwarder Assistant

Join BÉRCZES SPED team and help us menage and improve freight operations! You will work with helpful team, drive logistic projects  and ensure word-class service for our customers. 

Main tasks:

• Precise consummation of transpor orders and maintance of routes and master data in tthe enterprise management system.
• Drive continuus improvement project and cost optimalization.
• Coordination and communication  with Hungarian and foreigh languages.
• Coordinate international truck drivers.
• Ensure complience with relevant transportation regulation

Requirements:

• Secondary education
• English or/ and  German (written and verbal) language knowledge is required.
• Outstanding communication skills
• MS Office and Windows user skill knowledge
• Reliable, independent  and Responsible work
